Facility Rules

Permitted Vehicles
Only insured, registered, and operable vehicles may be parked. Allowed types include cars, trucks, RVs, boats, and trailers. Derelict, inoperable, or uninsured vehicles are not permitted.

Parking Stall Use
Stalls are for parking only. Vehicle maintenance or repair work on-site is prohibited. Loitering, overnight camping, or any activity other than parking is not allowed.

Access & Security
Tenants have 24-hour access to the facility. The property is fenced and monitored by security cameras. Keep your access information confidential and do not share it with others.

Payment
Rent is due on the 1st of each month via the online credit card system. Late payments may result in temporary lockout and a $25 late fee. Returned payments incur a $50 NSF fee.

Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must remain insured, registered, and operable at all times. The Owner may deny access or terminate your lease for non-compliance.

Liability
All vehicles are parked at the tenant’s risk. The Owner is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal property.

Abandoned or Unpaid Vehicles
Vehicles left unpaid or abandoned may be subject to lien and sale procedures under the Manitoba Garage Keepers Act.

Termination
Either party may terminate the lease with 30 days’ notice. The Owner may terminate immediately in the event of a lease violation.
